| The Catalina 27 is one of the best performing family cruiser / racers. This is one of the more recent ones on the market. She is ready to sail, and the owner is ready to accept a reasonable offer.
OWNER COMMENTS: Everything on the boat works well and is in good shape. I don't think there is anything major that will require replacement/ attention in the next few seasons. The sails are in good to excellent shape as is the dodger and bimini.

Accomodations Sleeps 6 adults in a traditional cabin layout. The V-berth accommodates 2 people and has an overhead deck hatch for ventilation and light. Aft of the forward cabin is the head on the starboard side with hot and cold pressure water and shower. Across from the head to port is a hanging locker with shelves for additional storage. The main salon with it's 5' 10" headroom consists of a settee on port which becomes a single berth and the starboard settee makes up to a double berth. The bulkhead mounted dining table provides for a more spacious cabin when in the up position. Aft and to port is the galley with a stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, 5 drawers and storage shelves and an ice box. Aft to starboard is the quarter berth.
